RSPB using cruel Larsen Traps

Daily Telegraph (24/4/2023) report that the RSPB is employing people to kill crows “away from public view” using Larsen Traps with a trapped live crow.

Previously, we received a legal letter from the RSPB when we said we were setting up the Real Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB), and they accused us of “passing off”. We said we would “seek to genuinely protect birds” and not focus on different species for twitchers to count.

The RSPB started as the Society for the Protection of Birds and were closely allied to the Humanitarian League which would have deplored the cruel Larsen trap.
